My day begins at 5 am with some quiet time & Detox tea. I mentally assessment my “to-do” checklist in preparation for my day whereas I’ve my tea. At 6:30 am, I hit the GYM for half-hour. I stroll two miles on the treadmill in silence. Personally, I believe that plenty of excessively loud noises & music will form the tone of my day, so I even drive to work in silence.

I’ve breakfast at 7 am. (Yeah, I do know that’s early AF, however hell in jail, we ate at 5 am, and the shit was chilly. So Bih, you gone be all-right.) By 9 am, I’m at my studio. I prep my lunch and dinner and stroll the canine for 20 minutes whereas checking my texts and enterprise pages’ DMs.

At 10 am, I do my 2nd exercise of the day. I stroll the flight of stairs in my studio for half-hour (18 steps carrying two 8lb weights, and I hate this sh** with a ardour ). Lunch is at 11 am. That is my greatest meal of the day.  

1. It offers me time to burn off the energy.

2. Dinner is at 7:30 pm, and that is my healthiest meal of the day. I’ll have a snack round 4 pm. Nevertheless, if I’m planning to go on a dinner date, I’ll skip the snack so I can have a light-weight chew at dinner. 

I don’t drink something however WATER. Altering that behavior was mentally and bodily debilitating trigger Coke was my crack. 

My final exercise of the day is at 9:45 pm. I do one other half-hour on the treadmill. After that, I’m in mattress by 10:45 nightly until I’ve a social occasion to attend. 

I finish my evening like I begin my day: QUIETLY. I don’t even take calls after 10 pm.
